We are looking forward to an exciting season for 2025-26 where we will perform four concerts.
We start with a concert of European Sacred Music on June 21st. Rehearsals start on April 28th. We welcome singers who are not members of the Society to join us - details here - so why not come and try us out?
The main work in our November concert is the ever popular Fauré Requiem, which we will perform along with the Cantique de Jean Racine and the less well known Messe Solennelle by Vierne.
Singers who wish to join the society to sing in this concert should contact our membership secretary and plan to join the society when rehearsals start in September.
This is followed by a Christmas concert of Carols, Christmas music and Readings, our "Prelude to Christmas".
Our big sing of the year is Elijah by Mendelssohn, which we will be rehearsing from January 2026 for a performance on 21st March.
